The Two leaf hinged door from Cryo Systems is a hinged cold-room door for food, industrial, supermarket, storage, medicine and retail rooms, big enough to use forklifts. It has German STUV hinges, 0.6 mm (0.02 in) Baosteel color plate steel and PU foam in 100 or 150 mm (3.9 or 5.9 in) thickness.

Full description

Two Leaf Hinged Door for cold room, cold storage used, German STUV hinged and door lock. 0.6mm Baosteel color plate steel. Big enough to use forklifts.

1. Design:

(1) Door’s hardware, switches and door seal: best quality.

(2) Lock: installed between the door gaps, good insulation.

(3) Hinge: German STUV, EU standard, easy to open and close.

(4) Two leafs: share the door weight well, protect the wall panel.

(5) Appearance: designed by Teledoor, famous door company in Germany.

3. Optional accessories:

Glass window: with electric heating film.

When you need to use forklift in the cold room, the door should be design wider. Usually, we will advise using sliding door, but if you prefer hinged door, CRYO will give you another solution as follow.

Considerate the compressive strength of the hinges, you had better to use two leaf hinge door if the door need to be designed wider than 1.2m.

It’s more convenience to open and close and ensure the long-life time of the door.
