GS insPIRe U cooler panels from Gór-Stal are PIR-core insulated panels for exterior curtain walls and interior partition walls, installed vertically or horizontally with hidden fasteners. They come 60 to 140 mm (2.4 to 5.5 in) thick, R-12.9 to R-35.5, in 1,000 mm (39 in) modular widths and lengths up to 16.5 m (54 ft).

Polyisocyanurate Cooler Panels
GS insPIRe® U cooler panels are designed for external curtain walls and internal partition walls in skeletal structures. The panels can be installed both vertically and horizontally as single and multi-span wall elements.
From Gór-Stal

The cooler panels have hidden fastening, invisible from the facade, makes these panels very attractive in terms of architecture and functionality. The plate cladding is galvanized steel sheet on both sides according to EN 10346 with organic polyester varnish with a coating thickness of 25 μm. The tightness of panel joints is ensured by the PUS polyurethane gasket applied at the production stage.

A large radius of profiling of the lock ensuring the integrity of the protective coatings
Double lock connecting the panels guaranteeing high fire integrity properties
Auxiliary groove for easy positioning of the fastening connector
Contoured edges facilitate assembly and increase thermal insulation
Continuous polyurethane gasket maintaining high thermal insulation. It was applied during the production process
Aluminum foil prevents water vapor from entering the polyurethane foam core
Core made of rigid PIR foam with very good thermal insulation and fire properties
